Play spaces

At the Klangfestival (Sound Festival) in Bielefeld, the concert hall, church and market become the stage. Everyone is invited. The diverse choirs that the festival brings together are not afraid of taking the extra step. Not unlike the troupe of the Bielefelder Tanztheater (Bielefeld Dance Theatre), in which professionals and others perform jointly.

• The renowned literature and music festival “Wege durch das Land” (Paths through the country) dedicates a performance day to being different in art and life.
• “Wie wir leben” (How we live) was the central theme of the Munich film festival of a special kind.

Creative freedom without regard to norms and normality is what schools embrace for those students who struggle to keep up:

• At the performance of the musical “Wonderful” by students from Saarland special schools
• At the “Perfekt tanzen” (Dancing Perfectly) event in two schools in East Westphalia.
