Habitats

We are involved in two model projects for community development since many years. They represent different approaches.

• In Myanmar, a private initiative is supporting the development of school and training structures that go beyond the country's typical education system.
• In India – specifically in Gagillapur, right at the doorstep of a Hörmann location – we directly contribute our development expertise to the structure and strategy of a village development.

The photo project “Wohnklinik Kidron” (Kidron residential clinic) captured the memory of a long-standing experience. The habitat itself could not be preserved. The clinic was rebuilt elsewhere under a new strategy. Memory as an investment for the future?
