Pedestal PV4 for dock leveller HTLV4

Redesigned – space gained! The new PV4 pedestal for the dock leveller HTLV4 creates a compact and stable construction for loading houses. Thanks to its well-thought-out, adaptive design, the clearance below the dock leveller is no longer restricted by the load-bearing components of the pedestal. As a result, there is enough space for a tailboard slot as long as there is sufficient ramp height, even when used outside the hall. The hydraulic dock leveller, which allows for the loading and unloading of lorries and vans with its practical three-part telescopic lip, can be combined with the easy-to-install pedestal in all available sizes – including in a space-saving angled arrangement. In contrast to the earlier pedestal design, which was combined with a fitting model F, the PV4 allows the use of the lighter P model, saving costs and also reducing carbon footprint. Tip: The greater the ramp height, the higher the tailboard slot. However, the ramp height should also match the loading surface level of the delivery vans and any other transport vehicles that may be used. The pedestal allows for a ramp of 3500 × 3000 – 4500 mm (width × length) and is suitable for a ramp height of 795 – 1500 mm, with a minimum of 805 mm for an angled arrangement. The three-part construction is made of 6/8 mm profiled, anti-slip steel.
