New Plaingrain surface finish

Perfectly matched: With Plaingrain, Hörmann has developed an innovative, smooth surface finish that, for the first time, enables door combinations to have a uniform look and feel. This means that industrial doors in the Plaingrain range now have identical door sections – both the PU section and the aluminium frame including closed infills. The matt look gives the surface finish a particularly modern appearance. Finely textured particles increase robustness and reduce light reflection, while maintaining a soft look and feel. Plaingrain is particularly scratch- and impact-resistant and offers an excellent price-performance ratio. The new surface finish is available for sectional garage doors, hinged garage doors, side sliding sectional doors, side doors and entrance doors as well as industrial sectional doors (except ALR Vitraplan and ALR Vitraplan AT). Choose from our modern colours Anthracite grey RAL 7016, Traffic white RAL 9016, Grey aluminium RAL 9007, White aluminium RAL 9006 and Anthracite Metallic CH 703 and match your doors to create a harmonious appearance.

Plaingrain complements the Hörmann range for matching surface finishes across all products. The Hörmann MatchDecor decors for ThermoSafe aluminium entrance doors, which can be ideally combined with the Duragrain decors of sectional garage doors, have already proven themselves. In addition, the 10 MatchColor preferred colours already offer the option of matching the colour of entrance doors, sectional garage doors, garage side doors and sheet steel doors. With Plaingrain, it is now possible for doors to have a uniform look and feel.
