HoePlan – dimensional drawings at the push of a button

With HoePlan, we provide our dealers with a digital tool that makes it easier to prepare quotations. It is integrated into the Hörmann quotation and ordering system iHAAS and automatically creates a drawing to match the quotation.

When it comes to digital collaboration, the Hörmann iHAAS quotation and ordering system, which provides our sales partners with virtually all the functions of an enterprise resource planning system, offers particular advantages. Retailers and tradespeople can use it to configure products and create quotations for end customers.  The quotations can then be converted directly into an order and automatically submitted to Hörmann.

The digital tool HoePlan has been supporting our sales partners in the creation of dimensional drawings for some time now. HoePlan automatically generates a drawing that is precisely tailored to the quotation. This means that individual work drawings are available easily, quickly and from any location. This makes the work involved in preparing quotations much easier and speeds up the approval processes.

This function is already available in 26 languages for our sheet steel doors OD, steel and stainless steel doors STS/STU, sliding doors FST, textile fire protection curtain FlexFire, aluminium box frame construction project doors and series 60 industrial sectional doors. Dimensional drawings of our dock shelters and dock levellers are also available. Our rolling shutters, rolling grilles, ShopRoller and steel loft doors will follow in autumn.
