Aluminium tubular frame construction project doors fitted with steel frames can now optionally be equipped with glazing beads on the opposite hinge side. This enables a combination of RC2 or RC3 break-in-resistance class and escape route function, as the glazing beads cannot be accessed from the outside, avoiding a potential vulnerability in case of a break-in attempt. In a panic situation, the door can be opened outwards. The combination with a steel frame ensures a maximum clear passage width, exceeding that of aluminium tubular frame construction project doors with fascia frames by up to 73 mm.

T30 / F30 and T90 / F90 steel fire and smoke protection elements
The steel tubular frame parts are T30, F30, T90 and F90fire-proof and optionally smoke-tight and are suitable for fitting in brickwork, concrete, gas concrete and partition walls. They are available in both single and double-leaf versions as well as fixed glazing.
Fire-rated external doors with CE marking
The EI230 aluminium tubular frame parts are tested and approved as external doors with fire protection and / or smoke control characteristics.
The performance characteristics of fire-rated doors are classified in accordance with EN 16034 and EN 14351-1 and documented in the declaration of performance (DoP).
